Good coffee, Chatham Bunn was amazing, good background music.
Rude staff. Got there at about 3:50ish, (we only wanted a snack for our son) and as my 5 year old son, myself and my fiance start to walk in. One of the employees say "Bye we are closed" and slams the door in our face. The people sitting outside at the little tables were even taken back at how rude she was. Never got to buy anything, but I dont think i will ever try and go there again due to a door getting slammed in my sons face. Unprofessional and makes this business look terrible.

Get the Portuguese breakfast sandwich with linguica and Portuguese sweet bread
Coffee was decent but there were 2 women "working"- one never acknowledging that we entered the establishment and the other took our order without speaking. The one who took our order huffed and puffed when I told her the coffee decanter wraps empty and then, still without speaking, grabbed it and stomped behind the counter to make more. I took another kind of coffee and left. I won't be returning...
