Took my car in to check on water leaking on the passenger-side floor. They fit me in during the middle of the day and it turned out to be a simple clog of the AC evaporator drainage. Everyone was super friendly--they reminded me my car was due for an oil change, but explicitly said there was no pressure to get it done. I decided to get the oil change and they only charged for the change. Unlike other places where they might have charged additional labor for the three seconds it took to unclog the drain. Will definitely return for future service.
