Called in June to schedule a routine annual cleaning of our boiler and wasn't able to secure a date for service until August 23rd. In mid-June had learned that the boiler had a high reading of carbon monoxide (dangerous level high). Called Whiteley and informed them of the urgency of the problem and asked for an earlier date to perform service.

Was informed that the August date would stand, but, they would come out to check the boiler (already been checked, no need). Never received a call back from the scheduler to address the safety concerns that I expressed.
