My first experience at Underdogs was wonderful. I brought my Cavalier in for a shampoo and cut, and they did exactly what I asked. Many times the groomer listens and then gives a standard cut which I don't like on my Cav. The people are really friendly at Underdogs and the facility is very clean. You can watch the dogs being groomed through the glass window. It was also $30 less than my groomer in NYC.Highly recommend!

I almost hate to review this place, because it's already tough to get an appointment...but it's so popular for a reason. This is the best groomer on Cape Cod--and I've tried almost all of them. My Great Pyrenees has proved too much for several local groomers, but he's well-behaved for these expert ladies, who are gentle and sweet, but confident enough not to fall for his antics. They listen to what you want and groom your dog the way you ask them to--not according to some standard punchlist. And best of all, he comes back looking amazing. Highly recommended.
