Very friendly and helpful staff. Easy to navigate setup with a manned ferry during operating hours and a self manned ferry for before/after hours. The staff will know you by name if you are a regular and will answer any questions you have. Fellow clients are also very nice with a great overall attitude of community and respect. The only downside is the parking can become quite crowded during peak hours and you may need to double park and leave keys in your vehicle.
