NEVR is a terrific, professional company and we have had excellent results utilitzing the team. Sonnie and Joanne have years of experience in this business and are the best on Cape Cod. We have been renting our homes for over 15+ years and bar none, they have proven to be the best there is. To ''Don'" - as an owner, you should appreciate the enormoity of what goes into summer rentals. This team works extremely hard to make every effort for our guests comfort and satisfaction. As owners ourselves, we understand the work involved. The emails they send are witty and funny - not insulting as you imply. They try to maintain a sense of humour when mishaps occur and by sharing, make us all realize we are not alone when disaster strikes. I commend them for handling so much pressure with grace and calmness....no small feat in the height of the summer! Their business ethics are above reproach and we highly recommend renting through them.

After renting my home on my own for several years, I decided to try NEVR. Joanne and Sonnie and their team did a great job "refreshing" my home's décor and getting it rented through the summer. They have handled any issues quickly and with care and communicate with me as needed. I can now actually enjoy my summer and sleep on Friday nights without worrying about what will happen at the "turn over." I only wish that I had hired them sooner!
Sonnie and Joanne rented out my home this past summer and while the majority of the weeks were rented out during the season, I found it very difficult to get ahold of Sonnie or Joanne on the phone. 95% of communication was done through email which ended up causing lots of problems for myself as well as the renters. NEVR did not respect my rental property and had their own best interests in mind. During the summer all the home owners received an email from Joanne and Sonnie updating us on how the season was going. In the email they quoted several things renters had said or requested that they thought was ridiculous or absurd. You shouldn't mock and make fun of the people who make your business possible. It's immature and unprofessional.

New England Vacation Rentals have been very helpful and diligent in renting our property. We would, and have, highly recommend them. The owners are hands on and respond promptly. They attend to a myriad of details and save the home owner from dealing with lots of issues.
