My previous two visits for a manicure and pedicure went well. I had Lola both times. On this visit, Lola wasn't there, and I had someone else. I think her name was Cara. She took 15 minutes on the manicure. Unlike Lola, she didn't soak my hands, buff my nails, or apply lotion. The pedicure was much better. She then charged me $71 for these services, I called back and asked the receptionist what they charged. She said $24 for a manicure and $35 got a pedicure. I told her I was charged $71. She checked some records and said Lola's price for a manicure was $41. So they would charge me that and credit me $6 dollars on my next visit. There won't be a next visit.
