I like to refer to Ralph as my 'Artist'. He has magic hands and gave me the best haircut I've ever had!

I got my haircut here while on vacation and had a great experience!

Great services

When we arrived I was a little surprised to see that the salon did not have standard pedicure chairs. Instead they had accent chairs with portable pedicure buckets in front of each. The nail techs had to fill the buckets in the back room and place them into the outer bucket which, when turned on, lightly vibrated. This was easy enough to get past as I'm sure the standard chairs are a costly expense for a seasonal area.

MAY NOT BE THE BEST PLACE FOR A PEDICURE

I found Oasis for a last-minute pedicure just before July 4th, it was a clean, peaceful, and efficient oasis! The pedicure actually lasted chip-free for weeks and weeks, I got tired of the color before it started to look bad. Well done, and I will visit again when I am on the cape.

I was visiting my mom on the Cape and wanted to take her to have a pedicure. She's in sandals all the time and her feet are in dire need of loving care. I didn't want to go to one of the walk-in nail salons as I have had mixed experiences regarding quality and cleanliness. I did some research and chose Oasis Salon as it had mostly good reviews.

The tech that worked on my mom was more thorough. However, I wished she did a better job exfoliating the dry skin off my mom's feet. They used a dremel-like tool (like a small circular sander) vs. manual exfoliation. This is the first time I have seen this tool and thought it would have done a better job. But it didn't. The other issue my mom had was the nail polish she selected seemed old and was drying out. The tech only did one layer as that single layer went on super thick. I wish they had recommended that my mom pick out another polish to give her the best result.

From the reviews I read it sounds like the hair salon side of the business is much better.

My tech would stop working almost every time she talked -- which was a lot. Of the hour long pedicure, I probably only had 25-30 minutes of hands on service. I believe she skipped a few steps she was supposed to do for the service we paid for because the other tech would say "They're getting the Spa Service." and "Did you use this?" almost as a friendly reminder to her. My tech just glossed over it.
