Wheelhouse Bike Co. is terrific! Great service from super friendly owners. Everything was easy, including their location close to town and the bike path. We will definitely rent from Wheelhouse again.
Our recent bike purchase at Wheelhouse Bike Co. was a fantastic experience from beginning to end. Owner and head mechanic Dan is extremely knowledgeable about the industry's current offerings and helped us select a high quality bike that was perfect for our needs. Dan even went out of his way to custom order the model we wanted in the exact color we picked out and had our bike in the shop and built in a couple days. The shop is state of the art, immaculate, and offers a great selection for everyone with a focus on quality. From their rental fleet to cruisers or high end specialty bike purchases, we would highly recommend Wheelhouse!
Stopped in for questions on bike routes in the area. Owner really helpful and nice shop with a small assortment of bike accessories if you need to pick something up. I would rent from them if I needed a bike to rent but I travel with my own.
Wheelhouse Bikes were awesome - I rented a few times this summer and they were always super friendly, helped out changing the cleats on my shoes for the pedals they had and gave some great recommendations on where to bike down here. I ended up buying a bike there at the end of the summer and they were really helpful and in getting the right bike for me. I got this year's version of the road bikes they rented since they fit me so well. I couldn't recommend them highly enogh to anyone in the Chatham area - great people with a great store!
